Terms and Conditions

The use of this website, communications with us and bookings made with MyCoastline Coastal Accommodation are subject to the following terms and conditions:

Thank you for choosing MyCoastline Coastal Accommodation. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully and call our office if you have any queries.

1 Bookings and Payment
1.1. Deposit of 50 % of the total amount is required to secure this booking.
1.2. Balance due 30 days prior to arrival date and deducted from the nominated credit card holder.
1.3. Failure to make payment may result in the cancellation of your booking and will be subject to the Refund Policy.
1.4. A Booking Fee of 1.50% will be charged to all booking transactions processed.
2. Amendments, Cancellations and Refund Policy
2.1. Any amendment of a booking will incur a $ 50 administration fee.
2.2. A booking cancelled 30 days prior to the arrival date incurs a cancellation fee of 100% of total rental.
2.3. A booking cancelled 30 to 60 days prior to arrival date incurs a cancellation fee of 50% of total rental.
2.4. A booking cancelled 60+ day’s arrival date incur a cancellation fee of 12.5% of total rental.
2.5. Cancellations after arrival dates will not be refunded
3. Security Deposit and Property Damage
3.1. Security Bond of $1000 is required by all guests prior to arrival. For bookings of prestige properties the amount of the Security Bond may vary

On vacating the property a representative of MyCoastline will inspect the property and if necessary carry out works needed to return the property to its pre tenancy.

3.3. MyCoastline Coastal Accommodation has the authority to deduct monies from the security bond to remedy any damages, repairs, replacement of goods, excess cleaning or as a result of any breaches of the conditions of this agreement caused by the visitor.
4. Arrival and Key Collection.
4.1. Guest/s may collect the keys after 3pm on the arrival date. Photo I.D and credit card details are required from guest when collecting keys.
4.2. Loss of keys incurs a fee of $100. Locksmith and key replacement will be passed on to the visitor.
5. Number of Persons Accommodated.
5.1. Maximum number of persons that may be accommodated at the property is specified in your booking confirmation.
5.2. A pro rata charge of $100 will apply if appropriate bedding is available.
5.3. It is expressly understood by the guest that under no circumstances a gathering of people exceeding the maximum number of guests as confirmed in the booking confirmation is permitted.
5.4. A gathering of people exceeding the maximum number of permitted guests constitutes grounds for eviction.
5.5. It is accepted that under no circumstance is the visitor permitted to erect camping equipment, park mobile homes, caravans or alike on the property which will constitute grounds for re-entry and eviction.
5.6. Property Listings which do not supply linen for bedding/bedding it is the responsibility of the guest to supply.
6. Furniture and Effects at the Property.
6.1. Guest/s may not remove any furniture or effects from the property.
6.2. Guest/s will incur costs and monies deducted from security bond for any theft, loss of, or damage to any tangible property, accidental breakages and structural damage.
6.3. Furniture must not be moved from its original position.
7. Liability.
7.1. Guest/s agree to indemnify the property manager from any claim for loss of personal effects or financial damage direct or indirect whatsoever incurred by the guest/s when using the services of MyCoastline Coastal Accommodation.
7.2. The guest/s agrees to indemnify the property manager from any public liability claims including death and personal injury resulting from the use of MyCoastline Coastal Accommodation.
7.3. Property managers will endeavour to describe the property and its position to the best of their ability and in good faith.
7.4. No liability or damages will be accepted by the property manager for mis-description.
8. General Conduct.

8.2. Guest/s must not smoke within the property or incur a de-odorising fee of $150.
8.3. Guest/s shall immediately report any failure of services (i.e. electricity, etc) or any damage to, or repairs required to MyCoastline Coastal Accommodation immediately.
8.4. Guest/s must leave the property in a clean and tidy condition prior to your departure time including washing and storing all dishes, etc removing all food items from the fridge and pantry and all rubbish from the property.
8.5. Guest/s must comply with all By-Laws that apply to the property and shall not be guilty of conduct which is a nuisance or annoyance to adjoining or neighbouring occupiers (eg. loud music, large gatherings etc).
8.6. Guest/s must when departing the property, securely lock doors and windows, and switch off lighting, appliances and water to conserve resources and avoid damage.
8.7. Animals are not permitted without the express permission of the property manager in writing; failure to comply with this condition may result in eviction and an additional cleaning fee of $250.
8.8. If the gas bottle for the BBQ is empty, please refill and retain your receipt of purchase for reimbursement.
8.9. Do not flush foreign objects into the septic system; any damages may result in the guest/s being liable for any costs associated.
9. Right to Inspect the Property and Re-Enter the property.
9.1. The property manager or its representatives has the right to inspect the property at any time.
9.2. If the property manager has reasonable grounds to believe that the property is being damaged or at risk, or if the visitor is in breach of the terms and conditions of this agreement the property manager has the express right to re-enter the property and vacate the property of the visitor/s.
10. Departures.
10.1. The property must be vacated and keys returned by 10:00 am on the departure date. Failure to depart at the designated time will authorise MyCoastline Coastal Accommodation to levy additional charge of $45 per hour for additional costs incurred.
10.2 Garbage collection days are specified of the “Departure Checklist” provided. We ask that you follow these instructions. Garbage Collectors will not remove rubbish in cartons or plastic bags from the roadside. We ask that you dispose of any excess rubbish upon departure. Please see the “Departure Checklist” for the location of Councill Hoppers. If MyCoastline Coastal Accommodation needs to remove any rubbish, cost incurred will be deducted from the security bond.
11. Cancellation by the property provider.
11.1. In the event that that the property is withdrawn by the Property Owner, MyCoastline Coastal Accommodation will endeavour to locate a property of equivalent specifications. However, should the alternative property be unavailable or unsuitable, the guest will receive a full refund monies paid.
11.2. Cancellations by users of the property upon arrival as a result of circumstances beyond the control of MyCoastline, the property owners and the relevant authorities will result in the full forfeiture of monies paid. MyCoastline will seek to re-let the property for all or part of the booking period and if successful will refund any monies accordingly.
12. Right of refusal and application of other Special Conditions.
12.1. My Coastline may refuse at its discretion to accept any Visitor.
12.2. The Property manager may require that Special Conditions be agreed to on arrival of the visitor.
13. Privacy.
13.1. My Coastline will not share your personal information with any third party, unless it is required to complete your booking, provide services to you, or settle your account

I, the guest/s have read and accepted the content of the Terms and Conditions relating to the use of the services of MyCoastline Coastal Accommodation as set out above. Any infringement of the above conditions permits MyCoastline Coastal Accommodation to refuse a key, amend booking details, immediately terminate or deduct monies from bonds.

By confirming your booking with payment, you have read and agreed to the Terms and Conditions outlined above by MyCoastline Coastal Accommodation.
