Our services include and are not limited to housekeeping and providing linen, property maintenance, managing third party websites, pool cleaning, pre and post guest stay inspections and a list of trusted local service people to ensure your property is maintained to its highest level at all times.

I began my experience with MyCoastline several years ago as a holiday let customer. The experience and quality of the properties on offer were second to none. Danny and the team always helped me find the perfect property to accommodate me and the family. The inventory of properties is very impressive and the customer service was prompt, efficient and friendly. All the properties we stayed at were loved and in great condition. We decided to buy a home on the Peninsula after enjoying so many great experiences there. Our decision to use MyCoastline to manage our property was a no-brainer given the superior experience we enjoyed as tenants. They have never disappointed as property owners either. An example is when we were holidaying in Venice and we received an email from Danny informing us our oven had died and within that email he had four options for a new replacement. Cannot recommend Danny and Heidi’s services more highly, they have taken care of our home, met our rental expectations and are only a phone call away to assist us. During lockdown they would regularly check our home and water our indoor plants whenever we called.

After contacting a number of rental agencies, the choice of MyCoastline was an easy one. Being in an apartment complex and with concerns about not infringing on our neighbour’s peace and tranquillity we have never had a problem. They screen their guests to ensure they are appropriate for our property and as a result many have returned as their preferred accommodation destination. Their housekeeping services should be commended, as we always find the property clean on our return and they also provide a cleaning service if we request it before we come to stay and leave the outdoor lights on or when we leave.
