Stringers

If you have just arrived in Sorrento and have been for a wander, you will find Stringers at the corner of Ocean Beach Road just opposite the Continental Hotel. It sits perched up on the hill in a limestone building that is part of the original Sorrento village atmosphere.

Upon discovering this little eatery, you might see the window that sits unobtrusively looking out of the corner store’s cafe. If you take a window seat and look up, you might be looking out over the pine trees to the Bay and where the Sorrento Ferry meets the pier. You may get to experience one of those beautiful bay and sky views, where the blue of the sky seems to softly blend into the clouds and the gentle waves of Sorrento beach with a touch of sunlight somehow manage to take your breath away.
